Focus is also geared on the daily care requirements of our Service Users and ensuring employees have the knowledge the need to deliver that care in accordance with individual Care Plans and Risk Assessments.
Employees are required to undertake nationally accredited vocational qualifications at least level 2 in Care and Support.
Staff Development
We believe that Person Centered Planning gives us a structure to continually listen and learn about what is important to an individual now and in the future, and to act on this in partnership with them, their family and/or representatives.
We are consistent throughout our provision and we are continually asking the people we support, if the way we work is respectful of them and meets their individual talents and abilities.
We provide support that is focused on achieving positive outcomes for individuals. For this to be effective, we believe that individuals must be recognised and supported as active assessors of their own needs, planners of their own support and services and co-producers of their own outcomes.
